Aerospace Compliance Engineer / Compliance Verification Engineer (m/f/d)
- Expert in authorisation for CS22 & CS23 (hybrid work possible) - MDF

Work should be fun, and above all it should enable our personally chosen approach to life and not prevent it.
The decisive factor is not only the entire working environment, but also the remuneration. We live diversity, see it as an opportunity and not as a risk, so it is only logical that the same money is paid regardless of gender, whether male, female or divers. The qualifications and skills of the individual determine the amount.
In order to be transparent here too and to create comparable conditions, we have created a company-specific wage and salary model. We evaluate qualifications and reward the respective willingness to undertake further training and education. The basis for this is our qualification matrix. We not only demand, we also encourage. Quite simply, we want a culture of give and take!
Hybrid working models are standard for us, and where possible we allow it without restrictions. No specifications, everyone decides for themselves. Unfortunately, some activities, tasks and positions do not allow hybrid working, but we offer flexible working time models in all companies and work areas of the MD Group to take all personal needs into account.
