Hybrid working models are standard for us, and where possible we allow it without restrictions. No specifications, everyone decides for themselves. Unfortunately, some activities, tasks and positions do not allow hybrid working, but we offer flexible working time models in all companies and work areas of the MD Group to take all personal needs into account.
