  • Management and control of production in cooperation with the work preparation
  • Planning the production process (capacity planning)
  • Internal communication with all interfaces (purchasing, warehouse, development, HR, sales, paint shop)
  • Monitoring and adherence to operational quality management guidelines
  • Controlling / evaluation of production processes
  • Supporting work preparation
  • Coordinating the maintenance of operating equipment
  • Monitoring and enforcing compliance with occupational safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations

Your profile
  • Industrial foreman / technician FR rubber and plastics technology or comparable specialisation
  • Ability to work independently & in a team
  • Experience in employee management / high degree of empathy
  • Assertiveness and confident demeanour
  • Organisational skills
  • Business acumen
  • Manual dexterity
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Forklift licence (can be acquired)
  • Crane licence (can be acquired)
  • High sense of responsibility and communication skills
  • Confident German language skills
  • Knowledge of English and willingness to use it

Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of Polish
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office software
  • Basic knowledge of CAD software
